Sean Miranda, CFP® is a Director at Baird.  With over 22 years of experience in the financial industry, he and his team help their clients reach their financial goals of retirement and lifestyle planning.  When he is not working, he and his wife spend time with their four daughters traveling to games, practices, trips, and just having fun together.  This has led Sean to target his altruism towards all children, ultimately serving on the Angels in Disguise Board.  

Austin Perkins, CPA is a Director at Forvis and has over 9 years of experience assisting health care providers with reimbursement consulting and revenue solutions.  His passions outside the office revolve around his wife and two children. He enjoys being outdoors with the kids and rare trips to the golf course. His interest in Angels in Disguise began in 2018 after attending one of the fundraising events. The passion and love from this community is contagious and he feels blessed to be a part.

Brian is a self-employed CPA, and a graduate of Bellarmine University and St. Xavier High School. 

Stephen serves as Counsel to the Firm with Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC and has been with the firm for 14 years.  He contributes to the Tax practice and also the Business Services practice. Working with clients ranging from individual persons to publicly traded companies, Stephen offers his expertise in matters concerning all areas of federal, state and local taxation. In his free time he enjoys reading, cooking, baking, swimming, and spending time with family.

John Stratman, Commercial Lender with Liberty Federal Credit Union.  With over 24 years of experience in the banking industry, he stresses customer service with a personal pledge of attention to each client’s needs.  When he is not working, he and his wife spend time with their 3 sons watching and coaching baseball and basketball.  His Faith and Love of his family are the motivators for John serving on the Angels in Disguise Board.

Mike and Penny Michalak have been happily married for 35 years. They are the proud parents of 16 children, 10 by way of adoption, and four who have the “Gift of Down syndrome,” as well as 6 grandchildren.

They are the founders of two charities, Immaculata Classical Academy, a Catholic school that includes both typical children and children with Down syndrome, as well as Angels in Disguise.

John is a native of Louisville and has been a full time Realtor® since 2004.  He grew up in Louisville and attended Saint Xavier High School and Western Kentucky University.  Together with his wife, Polly, he has 2 boys together, Blake and Maxwell.
